Open Mindfulness

Learn how to transform your attention into a state of open mindfulness, spacious and serene, here and now.

Mindfulness consists of entering into contact with our physical, emotional, and cognitive experiences in a direct manner, without the fantasies of thought. Mindfulness helps us overcome the mechanisms that condition us and frees us from deep emotional knots while harmonizing our physical being.

We can learn it by applying it to our physical body, our sensations, our mind, and our mental states.

Being aware from moment to moment of what is happening inside and outside of us gives us the power to direct our thoughts, sentiments, and sensations instead of being dominated by them.

In this workshop, explanations will alternate with brief periods of meditation and relaxation.
