From 23 June, and throughout the summer, every week there will be 2-3 opportunities to have your first contact with the activities of the Dzogchen Community.
Appointments of one hour and half in which you can participate for free.
Qualified instructors from the Dzogchen Community will lead short sessions of Yantra Yoga, the Tibetan yoga of the movement, of Khaita Joyful Dances, simple and entertaining folk dances, and of Meditation.
During each event you can experience two of the three proposed activities.
