Relaxing the mind.

Today the age-old practice of meditation puts its wisdom at the disposal of anyone who wishes to live with a clear mind, at peace with him or herself and the world. Meditation teaches how to use mental processes positively, trains to release blocked energies, to give a solid and lasting balance to one’s existence. One of its main purposes is to develop full presence: to acquire awareness and mastery of perceptions and emotions; to be aware of what we do while we do it.

The meetings and courses, designed especially for those approaching meditation for the first time, alternate theoretical explanations with experiential exercises. They are an opportunity to dedicate a moment of silence and listen to ourselves.
